01

Hiểu rõ vấn
đề hệ thống

Xác định nguyên nhân từ dữ liệu đo thực tế

02

Có cơ sở kỹ thuật để báo cáo

Làm việc nội bộ hoặc giải trình với bên liên quan

03

Ra quyết định xử lý chính xác

Biết nên chọn hướng xử lý nào, tránh làm sai vấn đề

04

Giảm rủi ro
vận hành

Hạn chế sự cố lặp lại, downtime và rủi ro không đáp ứng yêu cầu chất lượng điện

Ba Na Hills Resort | Deployment of Comsys ADF Active Harmonic Filter

PowerMore surveyed and assessed the harmonic conditions in the cable car system at Ba Na Hills and deployed the ADF – Comsys harmonic filter system. The solution helps address current and voltage distortion, while improving power factor and enhancing operational stability for the system at Station 6 – Ba Na Hills.

Hoa Phat Dung Quat | Deployment of 35kV Medium-Voltage Harmonic Filter System
Hoa Phat Dung Quat | Deployment of 35kV Medium-Voltage Harmonic Filter System
In response to urgent requirements for power quality and operational safety, PowerMore deployed a 35kV medium-voltage harmonic filter system to eliminate harmonics directly at the source. The solution was designed with a high-pass harmonic filter configuration for the 5th, 11th, and 23rd harmonic orders.

Vinamilk | Deployment of 12 Active Harmonic Filters (AHF) with a Total Capacity of 1,800A
Vinamilk | Deployment of 12 Active Harmonic Filters (AHF) with a Total Capacity of 1,800A
The project also demonstrates that harmonic control is not merely a standalone technical requirement, but part of a sustainable operation strategy in the F&B industry. For factories with high operating intensity, large nonlinear loads, and strict requirements for operational continuity, power quality is a fundamental condition for maintaining production efficiency.
